Willow Smith Releases Preview Clip of Third Single, 'Rock Star'

Following up on '21st Century Girl,' a snippet of 'Rock Star' has now been released, teasing its official upcoming release. The confident track underscores a behind-the-scenes video (watch below) of the rising star cavorting backstage at Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards.

Whether high-fiving the likes of Randy Jackson, primping in her dressing room or rocking out with her dancers, Willow has poise and swagger for days.

"When I take off my shades, please don't be shocked by my age, I'm taking over the game," she sings matter-of-factly. No doubt, Will and Jada have a pint-sized pistol on their hands!

Willow Smith Promises Revenge on Justin Bieber

 

He may have gotten a haircut, but Justin Bieber proved that he can still whip it, surprising Willow Smith during her recent 'Whip My Hair' performance, PEOPLE reports.

Touring as the 'Baby, Baby, Baby' singer's opening act, Smith was performing her fame-making hit when Bieber and her brother, Jaden, appeared on stage to show off their own head banging skills. Video of the prank shows a surprised Smith, but the pro didn't miss a beat and continued with her routine.

The prank was all in good humor, and we've got a feeling that this isn't the first time Bieber tried to pull a fast one on Smith, who he calls his "little sis."

Both Smith's manager and "swagger coach" participated in the prank for which the pair got Willow-fied -- they made their onstage debuts in makeup and colorful braid extensions inspired by the '21st Century Girl.'

But just because the boys made the first move doesn't mean Smith is not ready to retaliate. In a video diary of the prank, she tells the camera, "They got me, but it is not over; revenge is sweet and is served on a cold dish."

The fashion forward 10-year-old later tweeted, "My big brothers Justin and Jaden pranked me on stage tonight ... #payback!!!"

Willow Smith is jumping on the Rebecca Black bandwagon. Justin Bieber’s “lil sis” — and opening act on his tour — turned to her Twitter this weekend to give a special shout-out to the Internet

sensation, who has been begging to do a duet with The Biebs!

Willow took to her Twitter and recognized the 13-year-old singer with the following message:

Rebecca was so flattered that she re-Tweeted Willow’s message on her new official Twitter account which was created last Friday with the help of Ryan Seacrest.

Rebecca also received a Tweet from JB himself, a semi-response after she asked him last week on GMA: “Justin, if you’re watching this right now, would you do a duet with me?” she asked the teen heartthrob. “That would be just unreal — it would make my life!”

Justin Tweeted on Saturday, “sunday comes after saturday? weird.”

Doesn’t seem like Justin is on board with the “Rebecca Black Plague.” Maybe Willow will win him over.

21st Century Girl' has debuted, and Willow Smith is channeling her inner Rihanna and her inner awesomeness in equal measure. Yes, the 'Whip My Hair' singer has indeed followed up her debut

single with a jam just as danceable and catchy, called '21st Century Girl.' And don't forget, she's still only 10 years old.

The song, which premiered on Ryan Seacrest's show Monday morning, has spread across the web like wildfire. Listen to '21st Century Girl' after the jump!

The '21st Century Girl' lyrics start out: "Gimme an inch, I promise I'll take a mile / Danger is beauty, I'll face it with a smile / I'm on a mission with no restrictions / Don't second guess myself, I'm born to be wild."

The song is slated to hit iTunes exclusively on March 1 at midnight. For those dying for a full album, Willow tweeted on Jan. 21 that it's coming "VERY soon." And according to RyanSeacrest.com, Willow will perform '21st Century Girl' on 'Oprah' shortly.
